This company is a joke! First the guy shows up breaks the truck so he leaves hoses all across my yard then when he comes back he struggles to get the damn septic emptied. When he gets a rock stuck in his hose he just stops and calls it good leaving the job half done. When I call the company they before they even hear the issue they talk to me like I'm stupid. I know it took 10 years to fill the septic tanks and they tell me it's filled back up in less than a week. And that my tank will always have liquid in it( ya when u hal... read more

I was driving behind one of their trucks today & the tarp was visibly flapping in the wind all tattered, ripped, & torn. On Lewis Blvd from sergeant bluff to sioux city all the way up to singing hills intersection the garbage was flying out of the truck due to the fact that the tarp wasn't up to par to say the least! I have video & pictures but, it won't allow me to add them here. I called them shortly after & the man on the phone apologized to me.
