We have Enrolled Agents to prepare your taxes and represent you if needed. Licensed tax preparers and Licensed Tax Consultants. We are members of several tax affiliated organizations to keep current on new legislation and law changes. We diligently attend classes and seminars to continue our education. Every year we acquire far more hours of education than required to maintain our licenses.

Linda's made my tax experience so good! I loved all the friendly staff. They were so knowledgeable and helped me so much. They provided my kids with movies and snacks. I will definitely be going back next year!
They lure you in the door with a smiling face and false courtesy, but once your taxes are filed their tactics become quite clear. Tax season is already a stressful enough time of year, and being belittled and and patronized is certainly not what you look forward to when having questions in regards to your situation. Especially from those you have employed to assist you. Save yourself the headache.

The tax agents don't know their heads from their @$$. You're better off ongoing to a pro or using taxslayer.
WORST service ever! They are all rude and unfriendly, they have no idea what they are doing and do not care about their customers at all. Linda is meaner than a snake and is rude as hell. I will never ever go back to this place. I hope the place gets closed down and they all have to work at Mcdonalds. WORST TAX SERVICE IN HOPTOWN!
