I’m disappointed in my experience here. I asked up front what filing costs for taxes would be, I’ve usually paid around 260, never more than 300, this was 650! I was reassured my cost expectations were in line with what they charged up front so I felt lied to and no one offered to check with anyone on it… just not a great experience. These guys are the best, I made one call to Linda's and spoke with Tammy. She hooked me up with Lorrie Gene. The nicest, most patient lady I could have asked for. Lorrie Gene put up with all my tax uneducated questions and unrelated conversation topics, all while working my taxes from documents I uploaded prior to the appointment. These guys have a great system that works well and great people. Don't just take my word for it. Try them today!
