I would recommend Kyle B to anyone that needs help with their taxes!! he's helped me out twice and one was with taxes for 2 different states on opposite sides of the country! very professional and knowledgeable of tax laws and stays up to date with changing tax policy at state and fed levels. admittedly, im not very financially literate so Kyle always takes his time and explains why and how we're going to file this year the maximize my return and I really appreciate that extra bit of help! I’m disappointed in my experience here. I asked up front what filing costs for taxes would be, I’ve usually paid around 260, never more than 300, this was 650! I was reassured my cost expectations were in line with what they charged up front so I felt lied to and no one offered to check with anyone on it… just not a great experience. These guys are the best, I made one call to Linda's and spoke with Tammy. She hooked me up with Lorrie Gene. The nicest, most patient lady I could have asked for. Lorrie Gene put up with all my tax uneducated questions and unrelated conversation topics, all while working my taxes from documents I uploaded prior to the appointment. These guys have a great system that works well and great people. Don't just take my word for it. Try them today!
