When did move? Bell learning center was an answer to prayer. Back in 1993. I was tested to see why I wasn’t doing well in school. It was 11 years after The graduated high school 1982 a friend of mine heard about this organization on the radio and told me to get tested so my mom at the time and I went to the Delmar California location. There are they gave me the tests spent all day there from eight 8 AM till 5 PM with 15 minute breaks in between.
