My husband surprised me with my dream cello from Linda. When we went to go pick it up (I thought I was going to check out a rental since my favorite one was already purchased-I didn’t know it was my husband who bought it) they played along with the whole act and made it so special. This is for Linda West’s web store, which is easy to use, ships very quickly via USPS, and has everything Amazon has (and Amazon packages never make it to my rural mailbox!). I also love Goleta (hot take! But it’s a nice place), so if you get a chance to visit it’d be worthwhile.
Recently ordered an endpin setup online from Linda West Cellos' and when my order arrived, realized that I had made an error measuring the endpin opening on my cello. Their representative, Anne was extremely helpful with processing my return and exchange for the endpin with the proper fitting size. Hugely appreciate their customer service!
