I absolutely love Linda. She is the best OBGYN anyone can ever ask for. She delivered my daughter during COVID and just delivered my second one. Linda gets to really know YOU. She truly cares and is so incredibly tuned in. I can say with certainty that she cares about my family and I. During delivery, when things are really hard, this is the person you want in your corner. My experience so far has been disappointing & overwhelming. Linda is a good doctor , the staff is bad . Whenever I call they don’t pick up the phone or I get transferred to another place. They speak over me , and don't let me explain whats going on. For my glucose I had received a call from Lindas office telling me to do it at 28 weeks . When I had an in person appointment the nurse and Linda told me It was supposed to be done at 27 weeks . Bad communication all over between the staff, they have me all over the place. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! DO NOT DO YOUR PRENATAL CARE WITH OPTUM! My wife is 28 weeks pregnant, we started our care with OPTUM at Linda Stocker office and it has been pure chaos. The OPTUM team are rude, talk over you, don’t really listen to your concerns and they pick up the phone and start laughing before speaking with you. We get transferred and then hung up on, no one really knows how to fix the problem and they do not wrote notes nor communicate with team members. I had such a terrible experience at Optum gyno at Putnam Valley Hospital! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am 16 weeks pregnant. I got new insurance and called the day before to add and confirm my insurance along with confirm my ultrasound and appointment. When I got to the appointment I was told they didn’t have my insurance on file and needed to call and verify with them, they also stated that I did not have an ultrasound just an appointment.
