I had such a terrible experience at Optum gyno at Putnam Valley Hospital! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am 16 weeks pregnant. I got new insurance and called the day before to add and confirm my insurance along with confirm my ultrasound and appointment. When I got to the appointment I was told they didn’t have my insurance on file and needed to call and verify with them, they also stated that I did not have an ultrasound just an appointment. Linda personally Is amazing, but the group "optum" That she's a part of is TERRIBLE. I'll he finding a new provider
She delivered my baby at northern westchester, I also referred her to my sister in law and we both had an amazing experience. She was wonderful and the process went so smoothly. Thank you so much Linda you’re amazing!
Linda is by far the best healthcare provider that I have seen out of any profession. She is incredibly caring and never rushes you in and out. Rather than just focusing on ob/gyn only, she inquires about all aspects of your physical and mental health and provides guidance and insight.
Delayed a bit in my review. I saw Linda back in 2020 during weird covid times but I was having an urgent matter. She was happy to help the matter and treated it correctly. She was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable and explained thoroughly what was going on.
