Both of my parents lived at the Linda Manor Assisted Living facility for over 5 years. I can’t express enough how special the people who cared for them are. The director, Emily Uguccioni, repeatedly helped us (my sister and I)with multiple issues during this time and has become a member of our family. My 80 year old mother spent her final days here. While the nurses were kind and the rooms were clean, I was saddened at the lack of communication given about my mom’s condition. She was on hospice and I was told they were keeping her “comfortable” and would contact my father when she started to transition. I saw her the night before she passed and her condition had clearly changed. Not one phone call to my father. The only call received was the next morning when she had passed away. INTEGRITUS HAS ZERO INTEGRITY ! I am an entertainer who was hired to perform at Linda Manor Assited Living in Leeds, MA on July 8,2024. As of this writing (Feb. 25, 2025) it has been 8 months since that date, and after having been told to contact L. McMahon at Integritus, the parent company, by phone and by email, I have still NOT BEEN PAID.
