Just in time. Mrs. Dugan represented me in a custody battle and cannot say enough great things about her. Things went really well, fair priced and best of all...very easy to talk to! Would definately say well worth the money! PROS: Easy to talk to, Friendly CONS: none
Better off with an ambulance chaser No follow up with the court, we did most of it our selves, sent wrong subpoena the wrong person, typos galore, overcharged us, charged for stuff we specifically told her not to do, changed the hourly rate half way through the proceedings with no written agreement and did a horrendous job, we ended up consulting other attorneys and told her what to do PROS: we no longer work with her CONS: She joined the bar.
Incompetent Ms. Dugan represented my friend in court when she was attempting to obtain more time with her child. She regrets hiring her. First of all she mispronounced her name in court and my friend ended up with less time with her child than when she went in. She failed to fight for anything she wanted. Her ex- husband's attorney walked all over her. PROS: None CONS:
Came to the rescue when we needed it most. Ms. Dugan is a great lawyer. Her prices were fair and she did/is doing a great job. We have no complaints. She stopped my granddaughters father from getting away with bamboozing the court. PROS: Great Lady, down to earth, realistic, competent. CONS: None
