I am giving them this rate based off of the fact that their customer service skills are horrific. They will definitely take your money, but spend no time on making you feel like a valued consumer. Although I do not have this companies insurance in particular.. I am a customer of Nationwide, and they seem to not be on my side. The slogan is misleading, they are truly on anyones side who has a gun and a badge, good or bad.

They have a closed mind about crucial news happening in their own town. And only see one side of things instead of understanding the problem. Very Judgemental .
