I used Linda Berman for my divorce, which took 4 years, and overall it was a very frustrating experience. Communication was poor—she was often impatient, gave conflicting information, and became defensive when questioned. She repeatedly asked me to gather and resend documents, only to later say they weren’t needed and never submitted them. If you’re coming to an Attorny you’re looking for help and someone to reduce stress of the situation. Linda will NOT, she will add to it. She is unprofessional and rude. She would send a bill at end of day Friday and send rude, threatening and harassing text messages the next day -Saturday to be paid. She is a mediocre lawyer at best. The stress she causes is not worth it. Find someone better!
