I have been working with her for 10 years plus. Excellent tax lady. Great customer service she has her on website makes taxes easy you can upload your w2/ w4 or business info right on her website. Highly recommend.
Mrs.Brimley has been doing my taxes for over 5 years and has always been kind and professional I highly recommend her if you want your taxes done correctly.
I gave this lady my taxes back in April 2021. The job was to complete taxes and file for ppp loan. She didn't do either using her husband being sick as a excuse. I only called her couple times in 6 weeks but no answer. I was also told was filing taxes on Tuesday 2 weeks before deadline of May 31 2021. It did not have at all. I did not received call to let me know she was not able to due job. This lady is bad for business. She didn't have decency to call me at all. It's bad business when I could have found someone else.
