I recently needed ER services and selected the Biddeford Maine Med.  What a staff of professionals!!!  What is also impressive is that the attitude of the entire staff was positive.  I didn’t run into anyone with an attitude.  If you ever need ER don’t forget Biddeford’s ER,  A million thanks and hugs to the incredible staff.

When coming to the er I usually have to plan on a 4 to 6 hour visit... the care is usually good but the wait makes me hesitant to seek care here.

I broke my ankle back in 2007 and Dr Camuso did the surgery. Over 30 screws and a steel plate and after a little physical therapy I was back on my feet, I started exercising and got into running. After a couple of years and I ran the Maine Marathon. I never in my life thought I would do any running at all. To this day I have no pain whatsoever. Thank You Dr. Camuso!

Dx variant migraine and prescribed Topiramate, which worked wonderfully for about 10 months. Migraines returned in a somewhat altered form, but with the same elements that were present originally. This time Dx somatization disorder (this was in 2021; this disorder was deprecated by the APA in 2017 and does not exist). DIDN'T INFORM ME OF DX -- made vague suggestions to see a psychiatrist. Cardiologists at Scarborough, Maine not too concerned about patients. I was referred there by your office and cannot be seen by PA until November 22nd. Although just released from MMC ICU I will probably cancel this. Thought this was to get a monitor, but if I have to wait over two months can’t be too important Eleanor Randall

Been with them for a couple years, upon moving back to Maine. The doctor I had was pretty good, just having to deal with RN's who think they are doctors. (not APRN, but just RN) RN's don't forward requests to your doctor, they just make decisions on their own and claim that the doctor backs their decisions. then claims the doctors not in the office. I have the internet, and there are enough urgent care facilities, etc. around. if you're reading this, you have the internet too. you're better off just looking up on those ... read more

WORST OFFICE EVER… This office is beyond frustrating!! My family and I have been with them for over 8 years and after their pediatrician retired about 4 years ago it has been an EPIC downfall of horrible experiences since.
