I wish there was a spot for negative stars. If you are considering putting your loved one here, please DO NOT DO IT. Call Social Services at 650 266 8800 and find out about the complaints and citations they have on file. They are VERY nice and always smile at you, but it is complete fake. They do not take care of the elderly here. They are very short staffed and always have too much to do to take care of basic care.
