I was rear-ended by one of their drivers who took off after I asked for his driver's license. I have permanent injuries to my spine and other complications since the accident. Company never reported accident to DOT, driver was never tested for drugs nor was an alcohol level obtained, driver could not or would not communicate in English, likely isn't cleared to drive, and company ignored its own insurance inquiring about the accident. One of their drivers cut me off on the freeway as I was trying to switch lanes. I was merging unto the freeway and The guy literally dropped gears to keep me from switching lanes unto the freeway. Because he did that he almost rear ended the car in front of him that had kids in the back. I called to make a complaint about the driver and the guy that answered hung up on me when I told him I needed to make a complaint. I called again and the same guy answered.
