I attended the Welding program at Lincoln Tech in East Windsor in 2024, and it was a truly rewarding experience. The instructors were outstanding—knowledgeable, experienced, and always willing to go the extra mile to help students succeed. The facility itself was well-organized, clean, and equipped with everything needed to learn and grow in the trade. Thanks to the skills I acquired during the program and the support from Career Services, I was able to graduate and secure a position with Union Local 237. This opportunity ha... read more
The diesel program is an absolute mess. The equipment is very out of date and they don’t have everything you need to preform the labs or the work to get the experience you need in each class. They promise 50% class time and 50% shop time, but you should expect close to 10% shop time in most classes here. The instructors are very under qualified and under motivated to teach. The instructors seemed underqualified or just unmotivated. Many times, they couldn’t clearly explain systems or answer questions beyond the basics. It felt like ... read more
Im writing this review from the point of view of an electrial student who is 11 months into the program- i highly recommended attending this school just based on my own experience. I've learned more than I could imagine in just a year of being here. The staff constantly goes out of the way to help you and make you want to be here and is an all around great environment to learn a trade!!!!
My son goes to Lincoln Texh to become an electrician and he struggled in mainstream high school and is excelling with the program they have. His professors are well trained and knowledgeable and he has learned so much. If your thinking of going it is well worth it. The in school mock up they have them doing real wiring is top notch.
Lincoln Technical Institute has a 3.6 star rating with 253 reviews.
Lincoln Technical Institute is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.
