I haven't lived in Iowa for years but I still bank with LSB because they pick up the phone immediately and work to solve my problems any time I call. Grateful to have a small/medium sized bank that actually cares about its customers.

Great bank but the West Des Moines Clive branch has THE SLOWEST SERVICE, inside and out, I've ever experienced.
Breanne Neel of the Lincoln Savings Bank, Clive Branch was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough - first rate professionalism combined with human caring. If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would.
