While the staff was pleasant to meet and work with, we feel we have been essentially scammed. Nowhere on the application does this place mention there are breed restrictions for dogs, as well as cats. All it says is pet friendly! They’ll have you pay your application fee, then call you after you’ve paid to tell you none of your pets qualify to live there unless you fully declaw your cats and apparently they DO have breed restrictions for dogs, which is mentioned absolutely NOWHERE! Myranda was amazing at setting up my new home. When I had questions she was there and housing looked amazing. Maintenance was also phenomenal and the doggo loved them. I don't know a lot of Housing places in town but this one is excellent definitely worth checking out

On January 4th 2023 I had spoken to Breanna Chappell about interest in renting at the Lincoln Park Townhomes. Breanna kindly explained all the details and mentioned some promotions they currently had about specific units.
