I went in last week in hopes of opening an account, gave the man at the front my ID and voter registration, he was looking at my ID all weird as if it was fake, or something then after about 15 minutes I finally get called into the office, the lady started asking me all these questions about where I use to live because the lady said my Michigan ID “has a big dark spot on it” in response I pulled out my military ID and gave it to her and said “well if you think my ID is fake here’s my... read more

Great Credit Union and no they are not racist and most of the staff are friendly and helpful
Not very good, great as something to start off with, but once you understand banking leave this branch to higher horizons.
