Approved me for FMLA and then contacted me after I already understood I was on paid time off and my job was protected and told me that they were going to redact it and I didn’t qualify. No responsibility taken or offer of assistance for the time that I understood I was covered. Just out of luck and we apologize for the mistake -that was it. No attempt to try and get me approved with additional information -the case worker that called me obviously had already made her decision - very bad experience
Horrible Company! Worst experience Ever! Worked for Monro Tire and Service Center and paid into short term disability for 10 months with Lincoln Financial Group. Due to covid and the numerous deaths I had in my family, I needed to take a medical leave. I have had this disability most of my life after a car accident in 1996, and being jumped in 2014 and life flighted. I have had numerous years of psychiatric care.
