Amanda fixed my phone with a corrupted SD card. She was very competent and patiently explained what the problem was and how she fixed it. This is the best tech support I have ever had!
My phone is almost unusable. I went in for a simple screen replacement and for $405 I would have expected a proper screen although I’ve had to do a diagnostic with apple and they said it’s not a genuine screen and my phone can’t recognise it. My Siri doesn’t work, Face ID works sometimes, battery is overheating, battery won’t last (charging up to 5 times a day), phone won’t charge while in use, keypad is frozen at times, reception won’t work and the display doesn’t work properly. Very disappointing - not recommended for iPhone screen repairs. I paid over $500 for an iPhone screen replacement here and the screen failed not long after. I was not told it was a genuine screen, nor was the quality discussed but for the price, I expected something reliable. Instead, the screen began glitching and eventually froze, even though the phone itself was in great condition.
