I am very disappointed in the care my grandpa has received over the last year. Palmia continues to raise the price for "extra" care in the memory unit. He has fallen the last two days and today was rushed to emergency room. This has been his 6th visit to ER since November. The staff has no idea what's going on and continue to place blame on other employees.

My mother lived at Three Oaks for approximately six months in the Memory Care Unit. The entire facility is clean and beautiful. All the caregivers were attentive to the needs of the residents. They made sure my mother was comfortable, content and always active.

We just moved Mom in a couple of weeks ago! The apartment is beautiful, the food is wonderful, the residents are extremely friendly and happy, and the staff went way beyond the call of duty to help us with the move and to make us feel comfortable there. I can't say enough good things about this place! If you are having reservations, all I can say is we had them too, and found this place to exceed all of our hopes for a place for Mom. Went to see a relative. Very pleasant surroundings, no offensive odor, her room was small but just enough room to be easy to get around. Kitchenette, small breakfast table (4 chairs), couch, 2 other comfortable chairs in living area. No idea about the meals. She seemed happy to be there.
