Buyer beware! I am super disappointed with Lincoln Investment. The customer service offered by thos company is subpar at best. The company only exist because the public entrusts them with their hard earned money. As such, they should respect the arrangement by going above and beyond to assist and support their investors. Time to move my money to a provider that is willing to value me and my money 💰.

I initiated a rollover to a different financial planner in early December. It is mid-March, and Lincoln Financial Planning still has not executed the request. Each time I call to see why the transaction has not processed, they have given me a different answer and a new hoop to jump through. I've requested to be kicked up to a manager, but they are never "available". I feel like I'm being Madoffed, and I wonder if my money is really there. I'm filing a complaint with FINRA.

I had a terrible experience trying to transfer my funds to a different brokerage. My new broker, who has years of experience, said this was the most difficult transfer process he had ever encountered due to the lack of cooperation in providing the necessary documents. Additionally, I requested records for stocks purchased four years ago to file my taxes, but my former broker refused to provide them. She claimed she no longer had access, despite IRS regulations requiring brokers to retain these records for at least five years... read more

I have no idea how this place stays in business. No one answers the phone, no one returns a message. I question whether they are a legitimate business.
