I have been trying for over 6 months to process a transfer or disbursement from an account that I had with them from a previous employer over 30 years ago. I am over the 59.5 age requirement to not have to answer any questions as to WHY I want this transeferred or disbursed. They don't answer messages, they keep saying my employer has to sign off on it. Buyer beware! I am super disappointed with Lincoln Investment. The customer service offered by this company is subpar at best. The company only exist because the public entrusts them with their hard earned money. As such, they should respect the arrangement by going above and beyond to assist and support their investors. Time to move my money to a provider that is willing to value me and my money 💰.

I initiated a rollover to a different financial planner in early December. It is mid-March, and Lincoln Financial Planning still has not executed the request. Each time I call to see why the transaction has not processed, they have given me a different answer and a new hoop to jump through. I've requested to be kicked up to a manager, but they are never "available". I feel like I'm being Madoffed, and I wonder if my money is really there. I'm filing a complaint with FINRA.
