Hands down the quickest, most painless closing in my life. Everyone I worked with were very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home!

Do Not do business here. The lack of honesty, integrity and transparency with the representatives at Lincoln Home Loans was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had purchasing a home. The fees were higher than expected and their pre-approval changed dramatically in the 7 day period just prior to closing. Moreover, had we not been in the final days of the purchase process, we would have used a different lender. We would NEVER do business with them again.

This is untrue - Mr. S******** misrepresented his financial income. The only fee was an UW fee; which he was upset because he didn't like the UW cutting the loan amount for qualification purposes: which is in guidelines. All fees disclosed a month before closing never changed. This compliant comes without merit.
