They where amazing. Answered all questions and really helped.
This review is about the short term disability insurance, processed in Omaha, NE (not the Hebron, KY office). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INSURANCE. I have been waiting for payout for my time on disability since February (It's now mid-June) and I am still being told to "wait 2-3 business days"" for a reply from the examiner. The headache dealing with this company has caused me is no where near the 50% of my pay they are supposed to cover while on disability.
