My husband went on paternity through his work. Lincoln financial deals with the pay during paternity leave. He was given a case worker who wasn't very responsive and answer questions. We didnt heat anything from them for awhile! When my husband logged into the account it said his case worker was changed. This lady didnt call my husband whatsoever to let him know what was going on or go over the paternity leave pay. This review is about the short term disability insurance, processed in Omaha, NE (not the Hebron, KY office). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INSURANCE. I have been waiting for payout for my time on disability since February (It's now mid-June) and I am still being told to "wait 2-3 business days"" for a reply from the examiner. The headache dealing with this company has caused me is no where near the 50% of my pay they are supposed to cover while on disability.
