I can't believe my company acts like this is a benefit and they pay for this. It is bureaucratic mess. With some of the laziest and rudest case managers.
Automated voice message after another constantly. Representatives will leave you out to dry. They do not care about you and they do not want to help you.
Literally the worst people to try and get ahold of, awful service and rude representatives, no one will give a return call or answer at any time of the day. Just a terrible group
Case manager H. Douglas took leave and didn't handle mine. I was not notified until 11/7 that I was to return to work on 11/5. She talked over me and interrupted me multiple times. In no way has LFG helped facilitate my healing. The stress of having to make 5 calls and send 5 emails to H. Douglas and LFG have caused further trauma and illness.
