Pay insurance premium for 35 years and now that a person turns 79 they raise the price to force you off. It started at $50 a month at age 35 then $82 at age 65 and now at age 79 the raise it to $459 a month. They said the price will now increase every month. This should be illegal. If your looking for life insurance or any other financial services I recommend keep looking.
They ask for things like an E.O.B and in Michigan it takes 3 months to get in some cases like mine and after you get it and send it in they tell you that they need more paperwork that over passes your situation to block you from getting payed I suggest not doing business with them
stay away! Customer service is horrible!
Please don’t deal with these people at all. This is a terrible customer service company. I’ve had a 30 year life insurance policy and all they do is ask for more money with new service never been associated with such poor customer service in my life.
Turtle Insurance is what they need to call themselves. Never experienced such a non serious insurance company …. when in need and have a valid policy.. This is aimed at the company istself in general and not the individual location listed here
