Working with Lincoln Financial for a recent leave through my employer has been one of the absolute worst experiences. My case manager, Ashley J., is NEVER available and is generally unresponsive to voicemails and/or emails. I’ve submitted documentation re matters multiple times that has continued to go unaddressed. They’ve had incorrect leave dates noted on my account multiple times with the most recent issue being with my return to work date, which is now impacting my upcoming paycheck. This company is a joke and they are absolutely horrible!
I have sent them the same form 6 times by fax and email that the customer rep apparently in India gave me. They are extremely hard to understand on the phone (due to thick accents) and delay, deny, deny, deny for the simplest of claims. The emails they reply to say to send the form even though the original email had the form attached. They make up fake requirements, like "send us information on your life insurance policy" from another company for a dental claim.
