Workers don't care about processing claim quickly. You're supposed to have a "case manager" but they don't reach out to you or answer their phone. Horrible, Horrible company
Took almost two weeks before they even looked at the claim. Then the case worker was too lazy to even read the paperwork and only paid out one week. Had to can multiple times before she accidentally answered. She read the paperwork and increased to max benefit a month later. She sent my payment to the wrong account and didn't even read my direct deposit information I sent in. Horrible. Stopped payments with no notice then proceed to say we need to be recertified. Spent hours getting paperwork signed faxed and emailed. They say we never received it. I have been trying for a month now to get paid. This place is ridiculous. Send to voicemail every time I call. Don't return calls.
