Horrible. Stopped payments with no notice then proceed to say we need to be recertified. Spent hours getting paperwork signed faxed and emailed. They say we never received it. I have been trying for a month now to get paid. This place is ridiculous. Send to voicemail every time I call. Don't return calls.
They will give you the runaround. Won't pay timely on insurance. Will transfer your calls to voice mail account at every opportunity.
Left my job, sent in cash disbursement form for direct deposit instead of them calling or emailing to tell me they don’t use cashapp which IS NOT listed on there cash disbursement form neither is chime listed as unable to use, they sent me a check which obviously cost to cash which inconvenienced me!! they are now saying I have to wait 10 days for the check to be delivered in order to do a direct deposit.
