this is one of the worst companies ever. The employees are very rude and disrespectful on top of that they're not genuine at all. Your case will be just another case for them. They don't really care about your problems or how it is affecting you. They don't do their jobs or get back to you in a timely manner. Brook Mikulick is one of the worst case workers i've ever worked with at any company and her manager jennifer doesn't even care. She will send emails instead of following up with follow up calls.
