I have an older mountain bike that has had only minor attention over the past 20 years. A stage 2 tune up at Lincoln Cyclery has made the bike ride like new. Great work, excellent customer service, and a reasonable price for all the work that was done - I couldn't ask for anything more. But I did. I asked if my new cables would stretch a little. I was told yes, but to come back within 30 days for a free adjustment. This place is the best. Thank You!!

Wow, cold shoulder, after reading rave reviews I visited the shop, having been a cyclist most of my life and recently moved into the area, I was looking for a LBS . When I walked in , no greeting , everyone seemed to be pre-occupied with something, even though there was just one other person in the shop, I was looking for some routine service, I asked an employee about service and he just pointed to an unreadable chalk board. This is a great customer oriented bike store, run by the 3 owners. Mark was so helpful when I brought in a bike I had purchased on marketplace. He checked out the bike, adjusted things and even took it on a spin to make sure it shifted properly. Then, bc I am a senior, he adjusted my handlebars bc my shoulders hurt after riding.
