Wow, cold shoulder, after reading rave reviews I visited the shop, having been a cyclist most of my life and recently moved into the area, I was looking for a LBS . When I walked in , no greeting , everyone seemed to be pre-occupied with something, even though there was just one other person in the shop, I was looking for some routine service, I asked an employee about service and he just pointed to an unreadable chalk board. This is a great customer oriented bike store, run by the 3 owners. Mark was so helpful when I brought in a bike I had purchased on marketplace. He checked out the bike, adjusted things and even took it on a spin to make sure it shifted properly. Then, bc I am a senior, he adjusted my handlebars bc my shoulders hurt after riding. I felt like I had a bike fitting. I purchased a couple items and they were installed without charge. This is the best place, and right in Del Webb Lincoln Hills. Very good place! Bob was very nice and fixed my electric scooter. I have not had any issues or problems with it ever since, good service!
Bill and his staff are really friendly. They offer great service and advice. I will definitely be back for any of my bike repair and service needs.
