Bus driver was extremely rude and refused to let us on the bus a second time because of the dried mud on my boyfriend's pants. Told us to "enjoy our walk" which was 30 minutes to another bus. Was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, and put me off from wanting to ever use this service again.

I gave up my car and depend on Dial A Ride to get me to my various appointments and errands. The driver is always pleasant and friendly. My rides have all been great and have utmost respect for the ladies in the office who juggle all these trips and times. When I was ill one of them would touch out to me to make sure I was ok. I am extremely grateful for this service and hope it will always be funded as so many people have no access to a vehicle.

The driver shows up every time right on time. Scheduling is very efficient and helpful. They are all friendly and seem to be dedicated to their job.

I have been so thankful for this service. The staff on the phone have been so friendly and helpful. The driver has been friendly and always prompt. It's really helped me get to where I need to go and thankfully very reasonable, too.
