I gave up my car and depend on Dial A Ride to get me to my various appointments and errands. The driver is always pleasant and friendly. My rides have all been great and have utmost respect for the ladies in the office who juggle all these trips and times. When I was ill one of them would touch out to me to make sure I was ok. I am extremely grateful for this service and hope it will always be funded as so many people have no access to a vehicle.

The driver shows up every time right on time. Scheduling is very efficient and helpful. They are all friendly and seem to be dedicated to their job.

I have been so thankful for this service. The staff on the phone have been so friendly and helpful. The driver has been friendly and always prompt. It's really helped me get to where I need to go and thankfully very reasonable, too.

Luck of the draw if you get a decent driver, two I've encountered are very courteous and generally within the posted timeframe the third is not only rude he's also very lazy and I've personally seen him drive past multiple stops where people were waiting. You'd think driving back and forth in a straight line all day for a state paycheck wouldn't be so bad but apparently it's awful and an excuse to be rude, bitter, standoffish and lazy.
