Luck of the draw if you get a decent driver, two I've encountered are very courteous and generally within the posted timeframe the third is not only rude he's also very lazy and I've personally seen him drive past multiple stops where people were waiting. You'd think driving back and forth in a straight line all day for a state paycheck wouldn't be so bad but apparently it's awful and an excuse to be rude, bitter, standoffish and lazy.
