Dr. Cox and the team are awesome! Go to them before you get hurt and it will save you from suffering through pain. Went from 400m run with knee pain to a 17 miler-pain free.
Back in March I was referred to Linchpin Performance by my massage therapist as they were running a special on a running gait analysis. I was paired up with Devin for my analysis. After completing the analysis and going over some things I needed to work on she gave me some exercises to begin strengthening my hips and glutes.
