I am a caregiver for a 98 year old man who is on CPap therapy. He got a new machine 2 months ago and has had nothing but trouble with it. We have called weekly for help. Nothing. They either don't return calls or tell him to call doctors office. His machine runs out of water every night and will not auto shut off. They tell him to shut it off.
