Drove quite a ways to start my journey of fully furnishing a new home, from the West Valley, as they said they open at 10 a.m. Ive been sitting in the parking lot since 10 a.m. -- for 20 minutes and no sign of any staff. Why post hours if they aren't accurate?

Very rude staff. Not willing to help us find what we’re looking for and blocked our path from going to the back end of the store, very odd.

Terrible support! Told us 2 days after our delivery date, bed is discontinued. Think could have told us when we ordered a month ago!!! Couch came in wrong colour.

I have attempted to get my dinette repaired for 4 months. I recently had a stroke and while off of work noticed my.dinette set damaged. I have reached out to the store and warranty company, 7 attempts!!. The warranty company advised me that the warranty that I paid for, had not been registered. I went to the store in person and was advised, they will reach out to the warranty company and call me back, also the warranty that was given to me was in Spanish. Rude rude rude staff! Refused to let my husband and I browse and would block us from walking through the store. Asked for my budget for a couch when I gently refused and stated we will spend what we want if we find something we loved. They stated they didnt want to show us $5k-$8k couches if we couldn't afford it. When we stated we were looking to stay under $2500~ the would not let us walk past the front of the store.
