So my wife and I had gone to Ashleys furniture next door and received bad customer service so we walked next door to Lina Home Furniture and the second we walked in Eric the Sales Manager immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help looking for anything. He wasn't pushy always answering any and all questions we needed. He was polite and he let us browse around without any pressure. Overall we will definitely go back and we recommend anyone to shop there.
Horrible service by the owner. Doesnt care about customers and makes false promises. He’s nothing but lies. Don’t trust this place. Wish I could give it a 0 stars.
We were looking to replace our bedroom set and came across Lina Home Furnishings. Already had a few items in mind from different manufacturers and Maria was able to assist me every step of the way. We wnt with Ashley Furniture brand and even after shopping at the location right next door, Maria @ Lina was able to beat their prices and that was including the protection and delivery/setup. * DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION: I spent more than 5K on furniture, and now feeling cheated, two furniture came as damage, it was told to me that they will replace in two weeks, I have been following up from last 6 weeks, now they stopped responding. I am going to lodge a BBB Complaint.
Actually no stars, Eric the salesman was a dick . When I told him we were looking around, he said he didn’t understand. We explained that we are looking to buy in a couple of months and are getting an idea of what we want. He walked away irritated. He then answered his phone and said “I am closing early today. No one is buying today, just out looking and bored. They are wasting my time and don’t care about their homes.” Good way to lose a return customer.
