This business was recommended to us, Jeff did my wife's and my taxes, we noticed one obvious mistake which he changed prior to filing, I received a notice of reassessment and was informed I owed an additional large amount plus interest and penalty. He made a mistake and it cost us . After we noticed the first mistake I guess we didn't look for a second error. He said sorry and offered to do our taxes this year for free, but would not reimburse the interest and penalty. Thanks but no thanks.
Doesn't even have the decency to call potential clients back. After digging deeper into their business reviews, maybe I should be thankful they didn't call back.
