We also had a bad experience. Bought a bus tix from LA- CBX and was told to be there a certain time waited and waited and the bus never passed by. Apparently from one rep it passed by at a certain time then called again and another rep told me that we were supposed to be at another location. This company needs to come up with a Refund Method because people don't always travel by bus and it can be a 1 time use. Buen servicio te lleva directamente al CBX cruce peatonal de Otay al aeropuerto de Tijuana . Di 4 estrellas porque no son puntuales en sus horarios de salida .
Al ver que el bus no llegaba, llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que tenía unos 25 minutos de demora. Esperé casi una hora y el bus nunca apareció. Tenía que tomar un avión, no podía seguir esperando, así que tuve que pedir un Uber y gastar mucho más dinero. Debería de haber alguien que regule esto, no es posible que sean tan impuntuales y uno con el tiempo medido para llegar al aeropuerto, desde las doce de la media noche está otra familia esperando, es la 1:30 y no llega el transporte y no hay reembolso, esto es un robo y no es justo.
