First time using Limoliner and I loved it. It so nice to avoid the madness of South Station and Penn Station and the Port Authority. The ride was smooth and very relaxing. The meal was good and the bus departed and arrived on time. Loved the assigned seating and the clean bathroom.

That was possibly the worst experience I've ever had in any form of transportation. On our way to NYC, there were only three passengers so they brought out the “cheap” bus: something from the 80s with the wear and tear you’d expect. They also claimed the attendant had a health emergency that day, so there was no food service or wine. The driver was aggressive and bullied other cars, was speeding in torrential rain consistently 20mph over the speed limit even in 40mph zones.
