Booked 2 coaches for a trip to Toronto for a 3 day/2 night school competition trip. Best decision ever! Company was great to work with from the booking, to the payment, to day before reminder, and phone confirmation from drivers. Coaches were spotless, had huge luggage storage, extremely comfortable seats and great communication with the drivers for specific pick-up directions. They even load/unload your luggage. Professional, friendly, and competitively priced. We will definitely use them again.
Great experience all around! I needed two buses very last minute for an event. The communication was fast and reliable (both with the booking agent and the drivers). The buses were clean and spacious, and the drivers were very nice. Would absolutely use them again.
Top Bus provided transportation for our U15 hockey team. The driver was on time, he was friendly and helpful. He even took some of the parents to a restaurant after dropping the team off at the rink. He went above and beyond what was required. Great job!
I would not recommend this company to anyone and would actually encourage people to look elsewhere. We hired this company for our wedding day, spent ~1500$ for a 20 person Limobus and provided them with very clear instructions regarding timeline of the day, on several occasions. The company even called us to review the timeline a day or two before which felt assuring. If I could give this company less than 1 Star, I would. We booked them for my daughter's grad on May 30. We received a call 5 mins before the scheduled pickup time and they informed us that their car was involved in an accident and they won't be able to service us and would issue a refund. Since, then I have logged over 10 phone calls to them and have not received a refund. I have also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
