**NO SHOW LIMO RENTAL!!!** I booked the limo service three days in advance for a 3:00 AM pickup for six people with luggage to be dropped off at the airport. Despite receiving multiple confirmation texts and paying a deposit, they failed to show up for the scheduled pick-up. I tried calling and texting their number but I got no response. (They do not have an after-hours answering service to assist with instances like this.) We had the best time. The moms enjoyed themselves and the limo was clean. Communication with the company prior to the event was stellar and communication with the driver the day of was also amazing. Will use them again and would recommend to others.
An excellent experience! Communication before the date of pickup ensured that everything was in place. The driver was in contact throughout and was friendly and professional. He made sure that we were all comfortable and got us safely home. Highly recommend this service.
This company confirmed the details through phone call, text and email. Then a day before they called to confirm, emailed and texted. Great communication. Showed up on time. Great drive to the airport. Very competitive pricing.
The whole team from start to finish was wonderful to work with. Reception was easy to work with and very throrough. The driver was pleasant, prompt, and communicated really well during our trip. We will definitely use them again!
