I am so so grateful to Dr. Katie Fincher and her expertise in guiding me through my postpartum and c section recovery. She has made and is still making such a huge difference in my postpartum experience and has helped me feel capable while navigating the challenges of recovering from a c section and returning to strength training. I would recommend Dr. Katie to anyone and everyone!
