I had, and continue to have, a wonderful experience with Limitless Physical Therapy. I started working with Kayla DeWitt after a back injury at work left me in frequent pain. Kayla helped come up with a comprehensive plan to treat the root of the problem and explain it in a way I could understand. The use of videos makes continuing the exercises at home much more accessible for those who need more visual guidance. I highly recommend Kayla and the rest of the Limitless team to anyone who needs physical therapy.
After my daughter’s knee injury and subsequent surgery for a plica issue, we knew finding the right rehab was crucial. Kayla DeWitt is a consumate professional. She clearly knows her business and there was never any situation for which she didn't have an immediate solution. She inspires trust to such a degree, I felt I could not have been in better hands. If it turns out I will need surgery, I only want Kayla to handle my post-op PT. No matter how many good things I have to say about her, they will never be enough.

I fell out of love with hitting a chest day because of my shoulder pain, but since working with Harrison at Limitless, I have fallen in love with all pressing movements once again and every lift I have is painless and pure perfection.
