I came to limitless with chronic shoulder, neck and elbow pain stemming from a workout injury in early 2024. I had been through the local health care network, undergone numerous PT sessions over the span of 6 months, tried massage therapy, chiropractic, etc. While I was able to make some strength improvements, the pain never went away.
