Someone has tried using my card, I’ve locked it and I have to pay almost $50 to use it again and they are still saying someone is trying to use my card and trying to get me to pay the fee over and over. Changing banks and never using this one again, I’ve had to make multiple calls over this, they will tell me it’s been fixed then do it again. Tired of it.
Not convenient at all! My local branch doesn't have a option to deposit money into the ATM. Very long waiting lines in the drive through. Lobby only stays open until 4 in the afternoon. And most recently the biggest problem is when I use my debt card and it double or triple charges my purchases and declines the debit card. How am I suppose to dispute transaction in person when they close the lobby at 4? Worse bank ever! Closing accounts and moving to a bigger bank.
