Very unprofessional. I have tried to contact Limestone Bank for the past 6 days in a row, left numerous messages and emails with NO return anything. I dropped off a confirmation that typically takes 5 minutes to complete, with no return of the confirmation that has been in their possession for over 6 days. I have contacted customer support who was also unable to help me which is confusing.
This bank is exceptionally helpful! I have a memory disability and have had to go get help fixing my password for my online banking at least 6 times in less than a year. They always greet kindly and go out of their way to please their customers.
Love the bank and local people, do not like Louisville answering when I call I like home town service.
Always friendly and efficient. I often forget to make a transaction on my kids acct and it lapses to inactive, they are always so nice and reactivate for me me.
Always such a helpful and friendly experience going in here.
