Tea is good but lately customer service has been poor. There used to be very happy bubbly group of staff but the last few times I went it’s been the same lady who seems to hate her job. I get it because who wants to work, but she doesn’t acknowledge your presence or respond when you say thank you
Drinks were ok. What got me here writing was the service or lack there of. Stopped in for a quick pick me up and was greeted with a monotone I hate my job woman who got our order wrong and when confronted, said if we wanted tea it’s a dollar more. Yes ma’am we wanted tea and ordered tea. If unclear, simply ask or speak, perhaps even repeating an order would be good standard business practice. Will not return.
