I had an absolute horrible experience with the bolivar branch. Absolutely horrible! I went in and asked for 2 dollar bills and got a sequencing pack and thought wow that's awesome I'll take note of you got it. They limited me to 4 bundles. OK that's weird but I get it save some for someone else . Whatever.... I then asked if I could trade what I had to make the bundles in number order and was told no at first that it sounds sketchy and they would not be allowing me to do that. Lime Bank was a good place to do business - very professional. Grand Missouri is totally different. Horrible customer service and the remodel in Bolivar during business hours is awful. Only one entrance into the bank - we got covered with spray from joint compound and the worker only laughed. We will definitely not do any more business here.
My mother has banked here for over 20 yrs. Originally the branch in Schell city. When Schell closed and the closest branch was Bolivar she decided she would keep her account instead of changing banks. Bolivar is over an hour and a half from home. 2 weeks ago I drove over for a money order that ultimately got lost in the mail on the way to its destination. I called last Wednesday to cancel said money order in order to pay a different way. I was told I had to drive over within 10 days to sign some paperwork for canceling it. T... read more
