Nutritional Counselling-I had no idea what it was or that my brilliant massage therapist did it! Trish is amazing at explaining nutrition in a way that makes sense, and the changes I needed to make to feel doable. There was no judgement on the current food choices I was making and full support & encouragement of how I could tweak a few things to feel better. I just had my first massage with Trish and it was great. Not only is she a lovely person but she has eased so much pain for me. I will be back! Other places I've tried in the area just don't compare.
I really value my visits to Lime and Myrtle. I receive massages from both Trish and Elisa - they are both delightful people and highly effective with their massage techniques. The venue is easy to access and is very comfortable - far more calming than conquering a massage venue in a shopping village. I always leave feeling thoroughly recharged. Would highly recommend them both.
