I had a sports massage with Trish yesterday, then I played a game and noticed I could jump higher. She asked the right questions and helped me with my mobility, highly recommended.
I have being seen Trish for a number of years and she is awesome. I always have a full body deep tissue massage which relieves my bad lower bad and neck. I would highly recommend
Nutritional Counselling-I had no idea what it was or that my brilliant massage therapist did it! Trish is amazing at explaining nutrition in a way that makes sense, and the changes I needed to make to feel doable. There was no judgement on the current food choices I was making and full support & encouragement of how I could tweak a few things to feel better. I just had my first massage with Trish and it was great. Not only is she a lovely person but she has eased so much pain for me. I will be back! Other places I've tried in the area just don't compare.
