Pros- software is functional and works pretty well. Hence the 3 stars Cons- Expensive. To get any reasonable functionality that you'd expect from a cmms expect the licenses to be pricey. Our particular business model doesn't quite fit the way this cmms is designed and for us to get it to work like we needed was going to cost a fortune. We ended up at $700 a month for our small business and still weren't getting what we needed. Customer service is outstanding. They have a web chat with real people, no random chat bots. They are always super responsive and helpful. However. Notice that this system is 95% focused on being a portal for submission of maintenance work. You can submit work requests, and you can close them out. Anything inbetween these two steps are very lightly supported. That means anything related to planning and scheduling of work order has the same sophistication as you can do yourself with pen & paper. There is nearly nothing there... read more
'Calculate your price' - they say it takes 30 seconds. It does not give you a price, instead it gives you none stop calls (I had 25 I declined within 10 minutes) - then an email to say they NEED to call for a price. Do not advertise something you cannot provide. Reported for harrasment.
Don't share contract terms during sign up, automatically renew membership without notice. The goal of this entity is to get you to sign up and then get as much money as possible before you can get away.
When we introduced Limble in August 2022 we were amazed with all the features and how easy was to implement, friendly and how easy was to see data and information that my predecessor never had. For about one year we had minor issues but nothing major, however on Nov and December 2023 we had a couple of problems that took troubleshooting time from me as manager and a supervisor but at the end Limble fixed the problems .
