I booked an appointment at this clinic with Heidi two weeks in advance, expecting professional service. They sent me two reminders to ensure I arrived on time—yet when I got there, my massage therapist never showed up. No one at the clinic could get a hold of her, and there was no apology or explanation for the delay. It’s frustrating that they were so diligent about reminding me to be there but couldn’t extend the same courtesy when they were the ones at fault. Extremely unprofessional, and I won’t be booking here again.
