- BEWARE - Had the displeasure of dealing w/ Joe, Taylor, and Ben. There is a consistent pattern of lying and deceit, but more than anything, evasive of any and all accountability. They focus on one and done deals. They also SPAM for business and refuse to stop despite multiple written requests
If you want multiple representatives during your loan and dollar amounts that dont add up... Lima One is your lending institution! There are private money lenders out there that are much easier to work with and always there for support. Not this place... Their departments don't communicate so they ask for things over and over. Very inefficient and we are glad that we are done with this experience.
